High risk drug use among arab immigrants in the Czech Republic

Background: In recent years, a constant number of people from other countries have moved to the Czech Republic, who, unlike in the 1990s, no longer continue west, but increasingly want to settle permanently in the Czech Republic. People migrate because they are not happy in the place where they were born. Natural disasters, epidemics, political unfreedom, unfavorable economic conditions, war conflicts drive people away or attract people to migrate. Diploma thesis deals with the topic of high risk drug use of addictive substances among immigrants of Arab ethnicity. In the Czech environment, there is a lack of sources focusing on the use of drugs in specific groups of the population and their treatment, and there is also a lack of examples of good practice. A number of foreign authors draw attention to the urgency of this phenomenon, which has an impact on the overall health status of the population. Objective: The goal of the work was to come into contact with as many drug users as possible and to reach those who are not in contact with any addiction service. The thesis maps the specifics of the problem drug use of addictive substances by the selected respondents. Religious Political Parties in Israel

Thesis is focused on Israeli religious political parties and the question of their increasing influence. Furthermore, it is focused also on potential increase of the Israeli state's religiosity. Religious parties are classified according to three determining factors. These are: (i) attitude towards Zionism, (ii) number of Sephardi Jews in the party, i.e. whether it is an Ashkenazi or a Sephardi party, and (iii) position towards Arabs (Palestinians). The initial part of the Thesis describes historical evolution which led to the establishment of Israel as a state. Primarily to introduce the situation, and the moods, that was preceding the state's establishment, but also to provide better understanding of relations between the Jews and the Arabs. The level of Israel's religiosity is analyzed based on influence of the key religious institutions on the state affairs. Besides the Ministry of Religious Services these are mainly the Rabbinical Courts, the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and local religious councils. To better assess the religious nature of the state the Thesis moreover analyzes and describes the status quo as regards the relationship of the state and the religion.

The Alchemy like the Gate to Luck

Synopsis The aim of this Bachelor thesis is not rendered and reveal the alchymist procedures, but rather to know the thinking of the alchemists and their destinies, because not all of them were con artists who would like to share the fraudulent ways and so enrich at the expense of its surroundings. A few of them not only made money, but even borrowed, and eventually ended up in prison. Most of them really believe in their dreams of actinide transmutation and extending the life and the other on the contrary, have ceased to believe in the miracle of riches by using the transmutation and rather started to think about whether something like that is possible and then go back to the top. And it was actually the beginning of the inquiry and that of the beginning of a new scientific discipline and chemistry. Of course, that together with the effort of the alchemists of actinide transmutation of metals, and search for the stone is associated and the destinies of famous players of this science and it, from the founder of the Herma Trismegistose to the present, because the dream of the alchemists is not foreign or today's man.
